Our head chef Jochen Behl and his team place special emphasis on the careful selection of fresh and local ingredients, prepared with lots of love. Preservatives and genetically modified ingredients are nowhere to be found in our kitchen.
Next to our a-la-carte menu, Le Cassoulet offers a variety of different special culinary events – be it our beloved Sunday brunch pr the French Buffet on Friday nights.
